Birthday Banners!

Caroline's Fancy Nancy Birthday Party gave me the opportunity to test my creativity with my new CriCut machine and make my first birthday banner! I had so much fun figuring out the machine, even though I know there is so much more I will learn to do, and making my first of hopefully many banners. I already have a few orders for friends' kids upcoming birthday parties just from the few pictures I posted from Caroline's party on Facebook. I loved making it and hope to turn it into a little side business. If all goes well with the banners I have on order, I'm considering setting up a page on one of my favorite places to shop, http://www.etsy.com/. We shall see! As you can tell from following the blog, I absolutely love party planning so not only will the CriCut allow me to work on banners, favor tags and bags and cupcake toppers/cake centerpieces for Claire and Griffin, but also for others. HUGE THANK YOU to Mama whose professional yard sale-ing skills found this CriCut and who gave it to me as a gift-love you, Mama! the banner up at Caroline's partyfancy ribbons for the finishing touch to this very Fancy Nancy banner!
