It was with very mixed emotions that I returned to work today. Griffin woke up at 5am so that gave us plenty of bonding time before I had to leave. Claire was easy-she was excited to go to school and understood completely the old routine of me going to work and coming home later. Someone must have known that it was my first day back and that I needed a laugh because this definitely gave me a chuckle...well, let's be honest....I laughed HARD! I went to the public restroom at work (I work in a large building where tons of people use the same restroom on our hall, not just the people in my office) and in the stall next to me was a woman SNORING! Yes, she had fallen ASLEEP on the TOILET! At first I wasn't sure if I was hearing what I thought I was hearing but sure enough, it was snoring! I felt pretty bad that I had to flush the toilet because I knew it would wake her from the good little snooze she had going on. Made my day! That, and coming home to my babies and wonderful husband! :)
