In an effort to help pass yet another weekend being snowed in the house (and still coming down!) Claire and I decided to make yummy yellow cake cupcakes and vanilla pudding while Jeff went on a search for boots for himself and a sled for Claire. She did a great job helping me stir and was very patient and easy with her stirring. Surprisingly, we didn't make as big of a mess as I thought we would! One of Jeff's undershirts was the perfect "apron" for Claire! For those of you who remember our cookie-making adventure, these cupcakes actually came out tasting delicious, unlike the cookies! :)
