Claire is playing U6 soccer this fall for the first time! The league is made up of kids that are getting ready to turn 4 or 4, 5 and 6 years old. She was SO excited for her first practice! It was a group practice for everyone in the league, so around 18 kids the first night. They did a warm up, 3 different games/drills and then a 3 on 3 scrimmage at the end. She LOVED it. As an added bonus, 2 friends from her class at school were there: Dylan and Samantha. As it turns out, neither of them are on her actual team, but it will be fun to see them at games. They have one practice per week and the games are on Sundays right up until Thanksgiving. Confession....I am super excited to be the "team parent". Soccer mom, I am :)
